Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Any item must be returned with 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com for a returns code and mail your return to the following address: Acrotastic Dancewear, 32 Rosebery Avenue, Morecambe, Lancashire, LA4 5RU. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail you return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 days for the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Please note our production and despatch times are 2 weeks from the date of order (items ordered after 5.30 p.m. will be dealt as order received the next working day. Please also allow additional manufacturing time for Bank Holidays). If you are returning items 'due to them not arriving on time' we will issue a credit note for these returned items only. We will allow 3 working days (Monday to Friday) for Royal Mail to deliver your order, after that time we will acknowledge that these have arrived after our specified times and issue a refund.
For defected or damaged products (showing little or no wear), please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund/exchange (within 30 days of purchase and garment must be received within 14 days after refund/exchange agreed ) or thereafter a credit note will be given (up to a maximum of 3 months from purchase. After this time it will be deemed to be general wear and tear). Also items that shows any sign of alternation/appliques and/or diamantes added after purchase are exempt from the returns policy, even if deemed faulty. Items must be returned as purchased.
Any items that have been specifically made to order and a variation of our standard items are exempt from the returns policy also.
Please Note Discounted/Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If you receive a credit from us, these are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and this date will not be extended.
